Key Responsibilities: Keyboarding skills with typing speed at 25 wpm, knowledge of different icons on the desktop, operating knowledge of excel & word ability to use functions, statistical formulas, graphical tools, formatting and using analytical tools, graphs & making reports. Fluency in English Language, effective verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, clear pronunciation, sentence construction, effective listening skills, ability to comprehend relevant accent, knowledge of transaction/call flow, email etiquettes, knowledge of call backs and escalation procedures and feedback mechanisms Understanding that the number of Evaluations stipulated along with feedbacks is to be met. (Sampling knowledge) Knowledge on Calibration/ briefing tactics and feedback mechanisms. Knowledge of Process Non-Compliances, misrepresentation, fatal errors, critical areas towards productivity. Desired Profile Experience and Qualifications: Preferred Graduates In Arts/Commerce/Science Or Government Recognized Diploma (12 +3) In Hospitality Management Such As Travel & Tourism, Hotels, and Interior. Minimum 3 years experience in the Health care Domain under the AR / PP/Billing/Benefit Verification process. Quality Audits experience in the RCM process would be preferred Operating Knowledge Of MS Office 2000, typing speed 35+ WPM Measures Target Achievements, Skills And Behavior At Work 1-2yrs experience In Financial / Service Industry. Preferable - international call-centre experience on a transaction based process in the Insurance/Healthcare/Financial services industry vertical. Customer Orientation, Service Orientation, Empathy And Willingness To Learn And Conscientiousness, Team Player Ability To Work In A Team, Willing To Take Lead, Ready To Assist And Share Knowledge With Others Willingness To Change And Perform Under Pressure. Flexibility to work in a 24x7 work environment Experience 2 Years Industry Type BPO / Call Centre / ITES Role Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive
