Senior App Developer

Develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement. Desired Profile Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline. Over 8 + years of experience in design, develop, test and deploying web solutions for enterprise applications. Strong hands-on Technical skills in both Java and MS.NET or at least in one of them with good knowledge on the other technology, MVC 3.0 and other similar frameworks, web service, jQuery, Ajax, CSS Experience in SQL server integration services, SQL server Analysis and Reporting services Sound knowledge of Architecture and data model concepts Proficiency in agile development methodologies. Must be able to work independently with the stakeholders and be able to prepare solution architecture as per business requirements, work with the technical team to create design and actual code. Strong verbal, written communication skills and analytical skills and must be a good team player. Must have led and guided the technical teams through complex architecture Ability to effectively work on a team across geographical boundaries. Responsibilities would further include, but not limited to: Provide inputs and collaborate with other team members through all stages of the SDLC Follow Test Driven Development practices in an Agile environment Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other technical delivery team members to comprehend User Stories Design, Development & Validation of developed capabilities Adherence to IT building codes and standards Experience 8 - 13 Years Industry Type IT-Software / Software Services Role Software Developer
