Individual will be responsible for day to day operations support of the Storage, Backup and recovery infrastructure supporting the Office and Enterprise applications globally. Role will be responsible for daily incident management, problem management, diagnose hardware/software faults and solving technical problems. Desired Profile Technical experience managing enterprise backup infrastructure/solutions is a must. Ability to script solutions to known issues to prevent recurrence. Working knowledge of Windows, Linux and ESX. Experience managing Avamar, Datadomain & Netbackup and Open Source solutions preferred. The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills: Proven track record of learning and adapting to new technology. Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Ability to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications, self motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Experience with hardware and software issues. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. 2 + years experience working in global enterprise required.
