Quality Executive / Senior Executive, Logistics

Responsibilities:- Logistics Quality Process Compliance Logistics Quality Operation (eg. RMA, QMR and IMC) Logistics Quality Program (eg. Zero Defect Program) Logistics Quality Performance and Monthly Reporting Management of DCA Quality Operations (3PL) Customer Logistical Complaints through 8D problem solving methodology Quality improvement project/activities to optimise logistics processes and cost. Conducting yearly audit at Logistic Service Provider and customer consignment hub. Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistic Management with minimum 5 years experience in logistics . ISO 9001:2008 Internal/Lead Auditor certified is added advantage Knowledge in Logistics Quality tools (eg. DMAIC, FMEA, 5S and 8D) Good process driven orientation and auditing skills (with audit qualification added advantage) Good SAP SD and MM knowledge Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill.
