Assistant Manager - Project Management - Mumbai Ci
To plan, monitor, drive and deliver sites at par with the customers satisfaction, improving the SLA time , in compliance with the organizational quality guidelines. 1 Plan, monitor and execute of sites as per AOP Preparation of project charters. Validation/preparation of BOQ. Effective manpower planning. Monitor material resource. Chair over morning con call with projects, acquisition and O&M (if required) for targets and publish this daily. Customer meetings / reviews. Meetings with Acquisition Manager/Head for slippages, current day and next day plan. Interaction with planning, SCM & warehouse, EB, O&M for internal issues (case to case basis). Review with PMC/Vendor for deliveries. 2 Improve SLA time and Tenancy Ratios Closing the gap between customer reserve date and RFAI delivery. Improve the tenancy ration for the circle. EBIDTA improvements through a control over rent escalations. 3 Customer satisfaction (Internal and external) Ensure nil rejection of SRs. Proper delivery as per external customer requirement. Ensure first time rights. RFAIs as per SLA. Also satisfy the internal customer needs like prior upgrades-O&M. Transparency to the customer. Comply to HOTO processes. 4 Team/Vendor Building Initiate meeting with the team and vendors in which separate issues faced are discussed. Ensure technical trainings for team and self (according to the needs). Team motivation. 5 Optimum utilization of the capex Utilize the present infrastructure at the site and deliver with zero up gradation (where ever feasible) . Cost minimization through manpower mobilization. 6 Corporate interaction Providing updates to the corporate team as and when required. Discuss issues wrt corporate approvals.
