Asst Manager - Content Development for Training ,s

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Conduct Training Need Analysis & Training Plan -Identify the training needs & requirements through feedback from circle & corporate stakeholders, listening to calls at inbound & outbound call centre, visit to Service Centre, analyzing quality audit inputs, customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, new project rollout, new and revision of processes etc. -Classify the trainings under skills-functional, skill-behavioral, product, process, Induction, systems, theme for the month etc. -Segment the training audience basis the skill set required and map the content offerings to the right audience. -Prepare a learning path for all outsourced teams. -Devise the plan for content development & delivery. Develop customized training content -Identify & research on training modules available in Idea library, markets etc. -Develop customized training content on skills & behavioral, product, process, systems etc. , theme for the month, Induction modules for all outsourced (Shared services- inbound / outbound /backoffice, service centres, collection teams, field staff etc) & Internal teams. -Design instructional workbook materials used in training including, agenda, course objectives, hands on experiences, worksheets, games etc. -Create step by step training documentation /scripts & convert them into video based /e-learning training modules. -Make learning easier and interesting by promoting it through emails, IVR, OBD etc. Monitor & measure the effectiveness of training content -Put a system in place to monitor & measure effectiveness of training content. - Take feedbacks/inputs on training content from training delivery team, Idea trainers & retainers at circle, retainers at partner locations etc & improvise the same. -Constantly identify sources to take input /feedback on content development. Ensure successful ISO audit on the training related areas -Ensure version controls of all training modules -Ensure latest modules are available on intranet.
