Opening for Unit Supervisor (asst. Manager) 4-8 yr

Q BackOffice, a leading financial and accounting BPO headquartered in US is now looking for Unit Supervisors for Chennai operations. The job details of which is given below: Designation : Unit Supervisor (Equivalent to Asst. Manager) Reporting to: Operations Manager Experience : 4-8 yrs Job location : Chennai Job roles & Responsibilities: This role demands a senior person with hands on team management experience in F&A domain preferably in Accounts Payable or Accounts receivable. Make sure that all important daily, weekly & monthly tasks are done. Hold weekly meetings with the teams to review productivity & quality, discuss process updates and address issues. Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes in them. Assess performance of all team members and give them constant feedback and enforce improvements in problem areas. Ensure Accrual of transactions is completed and report submitted to the client on a timely basis. Should have experience in AP,AR , planning and implementation, Client call, People management, Client and Management reports, Transition, TNA, Knowledge Management Prior experience of transition with transformation and standardization is an added advantage Weekly call with onshore team to discuss on process Improvements and quality control standards To develop training programs by analyzing real time problems and preparing manuals for the same. Identify risks and mitigation strategies and ensure that all the risks are well managed without client escalations. To resolve recurrent process problems and escalations by identifying system improvements, implementing relevant solutions and security standards. Optimum utilization of resources Desired Profile: Education: Graduate in Commerce MBA/ICWA/CA (Intermediate) is preferable Work Experience: 4 to 8 years in Finance & Accounts Processes, out of which 1 to 2 years in a Supervisory role. Prior Experience (1-2 Years) in Accounts Payables process. Well versed with MS Office especially with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Professional Experience: Fluent in business English; both written and verbal communication skills is essential. Strong training/facilitation skills with experience in developing instructional materials and documentation. Open to work in night shifts corresponding to US.
