Designation : HR Recruiter Reporting to: HR Manager Experience : 2-3 yrs Job location : Chennai Position type : Individual Contributor Position job purpose: To ensure timely availability of adequate number of suitable candidates for purposes of recruitment. Position Responsibilities: Keeps abreast with hiring requirements by interactions with HR Manager Establishes relationships with schools and colleges, collects data bases, conducts job fairs, makes presentations, sends mailers to students to generate and maintain high degree of awareness and a positive image about IQBackOffice. Establishes relationships and contracts, if necessary, with training institutes, makes presentations, collects data bases, conducts job fairs, sends mailer to students to generate and maintain high degree of awareness and a positive image about IQ BackOffice. Use existing employees from select schools, colleges and institutes to promote IQ BackOffice with their alma mater to increase walk-ins from these organizations. Collate data related to employee referrals, analyze and use this to further enhance and augment this source of new hires; use creative, no-cost or low cost methods to promote employee referrals. Use the designated job portal(s) to post vacancies using compelling and attractive language so as to generate walk-ins for various positions. Search designated job portals(s) to identify suitable candidates for vacancies that may arise and provide listing of such candidates to the designated executive. Maintain and analyze sourcing and hiring data and take steps to reduce cost per hire and increase job offer- to-walk-in ratio. Maintain timeliness of assembling the candidates and takes effort to create visibility of the organization. Assists other team members in their tasks whenever called upon to do so. Desired candidate Profile: MBA-HR with at least 2 years of extensive experience in sourcing and resource pool creation.
