IQ BackOffice, a leading financial and accounting BPO headquartered in US. We are looking for Jr. System Executives for Chennai office. Designation : Jr. System Executive Reporting to: Technical Consultant Experience : 0-1 yr Job location : Chennai Position type : Individual Contributor Duties and Responsibilities: PC desktop support in a Microsoft Windowsenvironment Remote Desktop Support using tools like RDP, Dame Ware. diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issue Documentation of the ticket, progress, and resolution in the Help Desk system. Infrastructure support including Active Directory and Outlook/Exchange Support and troubleshooting network connections and devices. All follow ups with employees or team members will occur via email or telephone. All other duties as instructed by Supervisor Requirements Technical Skills: Learn and properly use all Help Desk systems and software. Have the ability to properly use email to contact and update all employees. Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes. General Expectations: Provide detailed descriptions of any/all problems. Maintain accurate records and follow up properly on all open issues. Utilize the ticket system to learn and gain understanding to better resolve tickets in a timely manner.
