Senior Manager / Manager - Sales & Marketing
Develop and build revenue streams, the role will carry an individual revenue target. Create and execute the sales plan to include direct and indirect sales channels. Lead, manage and motivate a sales team and ensure individual and group sales targets are achieved and create processes for monitoring and managing the teams. Identify and build long term relationships with channel partners and large enterprise customers. Assist in the development of the commercial and go to market strategy. Assist in the development of solutions and propositions based on customer vertical. Deliver timely, accurate and quality sales information. Deploy technical resources, as appropriate, to ensure the company overcomes any technical arguments in the sales cycle.
