Service Desk Specialist
Job Responsibilities: Assist in handling both inbound and outbound calls for the IT Helpdesk Ensure a high quality of customer service provided to customers Ensure a proper closure of all calls Perform investigation from feedback received Resolve complaints/feedback and escalate to the various levels and functional groups Provide general administrative support where applicable (General Knowledge) of MS Office, Win XP, Outlook, IE, network connectivity, printer mapping etc, over the phone support plus point (level 1 support). Good phone etiquettes and customer service soft skills Comfortable with shift environment Provide timely and quality resolution to helpdesk incidents The Requirements: ITE, GCE ‘O’ Levels, GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, Computer Science with helpdesk experience but IT work experience will be considered Minimum 2 years experience in IT helpdesk Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts Proficient in standard applications (i.e. MS Office 2007, Domino, Altriris, SEP, Windows 7) Able to handle calls with professionalism and patience and positive + team player Experience handling AD account unlock and password reset; First Call Resolution and Remote desktop support for standard MS Office, desktop applications, network drive mapping and printer driver setup Singaporeans/Singapore PR Willing to work shift duties Fresh Graduates with IT Knowledge are encouraged to apply!
