Senior Executive - Sales

1) To built up and develop close relationship with the Landscaping / Industrial Architects and Consultants. 2) To promote our specific range of tiles i.e. tiles of above 10 mm thickness 3) To target the potential customers (industries, dealers) for these products and develop the relationship with their decision makers such as Purchase / Engineering / Operations depts. 4) To hunt all the upcoming industrial projects in assigned area & make presentations to all key decision makers to convert these queries into actual sale. 5) To engage with Landscaping / Industrial Architects and Consultants at drawing board stage till the project finalization. 6) Ensuring product specification to generate future sales. 7) To ensure proper laying activities through contractor and tile layers network so as to develop trust with the customer for future inquiries. 8) To achieve sales targets as required by the company for the area allotted in the Industrial segments. 9) To ensure proper marketing activities such as Meets, Site & Promotional Branding. 10) To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures. 11)To ensure smooth and effective servicing of customer complaints giving correct feedback. 12)Internal and external co-ordination for the execution of the sales orders. 13)Ensure timely collections from customers as stipulated in the companys policy. 14)To submit various kinds of reports as specified by the Corporate Sales Team. Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
