Assistant Branch Manager (abm)-retail Liabilities

Responsibilities Achievement of new acquisition value and number plan for retail current accounts for the branch Provide regular inputs to the CANI sales team on competition benchmarking, opportunities and segmentation, product features and quality of portfolio acquired Work in close consultation with the central product team to modify the product features / parameters to suit the need of portfolio customers (Product Customization) Responsible for monitoring the portfolio health of all newly acquirednon- managed retail current accounts in the branch, with respect to on-boarding, activation, value build-up & AQB maintenance Understanding the customer business and prepare customer profile Focusing on Profile-based selling approach, for sell of value added products/services such as Trade Finance/Fx, CMS, POS / Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking etc. Ensuring proactive customer migration to direct banking channels, such as Cards, Net Banking / E-Net, Phone Banking, Insta-Alerts, Email Statements etc depending on customer need and transaction preference. Exploring potential for new to bank liability customer acquisition through referral from group companies / business associates (dealer/vendors etc.) of portfolio customers. Maintain continuous customer engagement through customer visits / contacts, and proactively resolve customer issues / queries. Action on central triggers / initiatives on enhancements, cross sell and portfolio monitoring. Ensure Catchment Profiling for the branch for CA potential with the help of CANI team Desired Profile Requirements Basic knowledge of current account and other liability / services products Good relationship management and presentation skills Effective communication and influencing skills. Preferably having prior experience in relationship management / branch banking operational / customer interaction roles in banking / financial services sector. Experience 4 - 8 Years Industry Type Banking / Financial Services / Broking Role Branch Manager
