Candidate Should be good in oral and written communication Candidate should be flexible to work in continuous night shift Job Description: Identify the outstanding claims with payers through the reports from clients. Contacting the Insurance companies for Eligibility verification and Checking on claims status and Patient calling as and when required Process medical billing accurately and in accordance with client stipulated rules Follow up on the claims for collection of payments. Appeal to Insurances for pending claims. Place calls with payers on behalf of Physicians / Hospitals in US with regard to outstanding claims Document the details of the calls made to payers EOB analysis and work on rejections. Resubmission of denials and identify the cause of rejections Expertise in medical billing domain. Experience on Workers comp and No fault (optional) To follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliances Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards. Must be spontaneous and have high energy level. Knowledge on various report generation Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
