We are currently hiring experts in serive desk co-ordination to action on the mails raised from any job failures in EDI, OTM and other transmission error in GIX, GXS and Nexus. Job Role: 1)Mail Box Monitoring and Incident Reporting and Troubleshooting 2)Check the error messages and makes sure its either escalated if out of scope or resolve the problem. 3)Check for the transmission errors and try resending the docs from GIS, GXS and Nexus.. 4)If the problem is resolved mail to the receipient. 5)Document appropriatly and close the incident. Required Skills : Good knowledge in XML, knowledge on Servers and appliation Maintenance, Strong incident management experience, Ability to work with other support teams to coordinate resolution, Knowledge on Oracle/ Database will be an added advantage..
