Walk-in for Internal Reconciliation Experts on 3rd August 2013 at Greams Road, Chennai Designation : Senior Analyst/Specialist/Team Lead Desired Candidate Profile : Minimum 1 to 7 years of experience in financial services operations Experience in Capital markets working in AMCs broking houses, Registrars/Transfer agents, custodians on the reconciliation side Experience in BPOs and AMCs handling mutual funds preferable Should have experience in preparation of Standard operating procedures, managing audits and risk Good domain skills in the reconciliation processes especially pertaining to market value recon, transaction and cost recon Experience in matching and allocation, investigation and reviews and good in resolution management Should possess good communication skills both verbal and written Should have basic knowledge of Mutual fund industry and the various intermediaries Preferable if the candidate has been managing a team previously Should be proactive in escalation management Knowledge and hands on experience on TLM preferable Should be ready to relocate to Chennai/Coimbatore and work in night shift Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role: Manage the team effectively and ensure that the reconciliation is completed within the specified SLAs Mentor the team and be responsible for cross training Update and follow existing tracking mechanism , log the errors and ensure timely correction of faults so that the recon process adhere to the specified timelines. Education Qualification: University degree (B. Com., M.B.A.) in Business majoring in Accounting, Finance, or another Financial-related program.
