Job Responsibilities: The Administration Executive is to support the Programme Director in managing the daily operational work; work together with clinical, allied health and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations of the administrative function. The scope of work will generally encompass duties in:
- Finance (Monthly invoicing, process petty cash and transport claims etc.)
- Clinical (Issuing correspondence for admission and discharge of patients, managing clinical data and collating clinical statistics, fixing appointments with Allied Health Specialists and respite care providers for patients etc.)
- Human Resource (Screen volunteer applications, orientate volunteers etc.)
- General administration (Manage equipment loan system to patients. Co-ordinate training of staff and claiming of training funds etc.)
At least a Diploma / ‘A’ levels certificate
Min.2 years work experience, preferably in admin support
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Independent, Pro-Active and Resourceful
Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
