Receptionist

Responsibilities: •Perform front desk reception duties such as answering / transferring phone calls and attending to walk-in guests. •In charge of all out-going and in-coming delivery schedule / courier services/ daily mails. •Attend to general office maintenance and administrative duties including office equipment, stationery, fax , printing name card procurement of office supplies and pantry supplies etc. •Perform other ad-hoc duties when required Requirements: •Good knowledge of MS. Office applications. •Good communication and interpersonal skills. •Effective spoken and written English. •Must be a Diploma Or Degree holder in Business. •Must have at least have 3 years of working experience. Open to Singaporean/PR,Foreigners. Foreign Applicants Must be in Singapore currently for the interview.
