Project Administrator

Immediate need for an experienced Project Administrator to join our direct client in Lincolnshire, IL.

Long-term contract position.

Must be able to work onsite at our direct client in Lincolnshire, IL.

 

Project Administrator
•Provide Executive Administrative Support
•Schedule Meetings / Calendar control
•Project status consolidation and reporting
•SLA/SLO/KPI metrics reporting and trending
•Program status reporting
•Staff onboarding and orientation
•Maintain the Project Control Book (PCB) repository
•Maintain SharePoint document repository
•Create and maintain project processes and documents
•Document meeting minutes
•Document formatting and grammatical editing
•Facilitate Project Management Reviews (PMRs), assist PMs as needed
•Assist with Business Controls and Internal Audit requirements
•Routine office administration, project administration, and executive support tasks


 
 
 
Qualifications
  Good organization skills.
