Human Resources Coordinator
Our global client is seeking a contract HR Coordinator for a long term project at its Morristown, NJ facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* On-boarding
* Create and maintain specific Morristown information used for new hire flash drive
* Mail flash drives to new hires
* Collect I-9’s from new hires, file according
* Work in conjunction with HR//Recruitment Coordinator to ensure all documents received
* Office Support
* Calendar Maintenance/Phones/Travel for business partners
* Expense reports for business partners
* Process & coding of invoices for department
* Invoice resolution
* Office Supplies & equipment orders
* Mail
* Catering for meetings
* Maintain calendar for two HR libraries
* Back-up support to CA
* Local letters for promotions, transfers, employee verifications, jury duty etc.
* Meeting prep/execution
* Support Files - EPF of all documents
* Immigration files
* Training - primary liaison for registration questions - coordinate class logistics internal and external vendors and contacts
* Maintain logs for CC registrations for cross charges (all sites)
* Maintain Training Calendar, Course Catalog and create/email updates to CC Communications Reward and Recognition SRA administrator
* OM administration
* SAP
* General org changes
* Work schedules
* Service awards
* Back-up for SAP entries
* Data Entry Administration
* Process reimbursements owed to employees (i.e. daycare, toastmasters, weight watchers)
* Process local Sales awards
* Coordinate processing of Field Sales Incentive Bonuses (3x a year Intendis and CC)
* Ad hoc SAP reports (i.e. headcount)
* EEO/OSHA Site Postings
* Ad hoc projects/events
* Benefits Fair Coordination
* Create general communication forward to CC Communications
* Terminations notification Morristown personnel
* Miscellaneous General support for FMLA/LOA questions 1:1 employees ask (i.e. maternity, paternity etc.)
* Unemployment claims
* Garnishments
* Job Description look ups/locks
* PowerPoint presentations
* Benefit inquiries
* All other as needed
Qualifications
Must hold a Green Card or be a US Citizen. Please no Corp to Corp or 3rd party vendors. W-2 only due to client contract restrictions.
