Assistant Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities: Plan and lead Customer Service Team on the efficient and effective operations to meet service quality Monitor enquiries/feedback encompass entire business services: sales enquiry, routine air-con servicing, installation, repair & maintenance and delivery Accountable for overall customer satisfaction through ensuring all enquiries/bookings are processed and delivered in accordance with customers’ requirements Establish and maintain service guidelines/procedures not limiting to escalation, service recovery and customer relation management Provide management support in performing process improvements to benefit the customer, employee and company Work closely with retail operations and technical staff to support and meet customers’ requirement Requirements: GCE ' O ' level and above At least 2 years of related experience (preferably in managerial role) in customer service and call centre environment Tactful, good interpersonal and communication skills Able to converse in English & Chinese and local dialects Ability to converse in Chinese will be highly preferred so as to be able to liaise with oriental speaking clients and associates Must be hands on and able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills Perseverance and positive attitude PC Literate/ERP experience
