Manager, Learning & Development, Group Human Resou
Responsibilities: Responsible for the needs assessment, design, preparation and delivery of learning and development programs for company managers and employees Partner closely with the business heads and key stakeholders to identify and establish training needs Develop in-house training programmes, plan external trainings or create different learning platforms to equip staff with leadership and functional competencies to enhance their capabilities to help drive successful business outcomes Select and liaise with external training providers and ensure that the training conducted are effective, properly managed and relevant to staff needs Analyze, evaluate all learning and development programmes and give recommendations for improvements so as to fulfill the organizational needs Manage training budgets, training feedback and effectiveness as well as provide training reports and recommendations for the Management Administer Skill Development Fund (SDF) grants and company sponsorship programmes; ensure all applications and disbursements of SDF grants are being received and compiled Review, develop and implement HR learning and development policies, systems, processes and programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals and objectives Support the business units to assess organizational development needs and implement business focused initiatives Requirements: Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably with major in Training & Development or Human Resources Preferably ACTA-certified or equivalent At least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, with solid experience in planning and executing training delivery. Analytical, resourceful and confident Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast - paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office
