Manager, Service Quality & Standards

Responsibilities: Responsible for raising the customer experience and service levels at Far East Organization to a whole new level, with focus in Property Sales Business Group Identify and creatively develop new ideas and programs to deliver differentiated experience for today’s and tomorrow’s customers Introduce productivity, technology and innovation so as to keep up with customers’ trends Develop training programmes, conduct training for the staff and perform routine Service Quality audits on internal staff to check on compliance with internal service standards Requirements: Minimally a Degree holder, with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in the Service/ Real Estate/ Fashion & Lifestyle industry An eloquent, energized, enthusiastic, savvy and lifestyle team player with passion and commitment for service excellence Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
