Customer Service Officer
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who is dynamic, highly motivated and has the passion for a challenging career in the healthcare sector.
- Provide consultation on Econ’s services to meet customer’s needs.
- Attend to enquires and feedback.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Compile and prepare reports.
- Manage the service counter.
- Minimum GCE O’ Levels with at least four years’ of working experience in customer service.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application (Word / Excel/Powerpoint).
- Pleasant disposition with excellent service and sales aptitude.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision.
