HR Executive

Job Description: Responsibilities: Involve in daily recruitment for direct & indirect staff. Work closely with line managers on manpower requisitions. Manage payroll administration to ensure accuracy & timely salary payment Prepare weekly/monthly HR management & manpower reports for review. Administer staff insurance, medical & hospitalization claims Review staff turnover & conduct exit interview Initiate performance review. Conduct orientation/briefing for new hires Other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior Handle general administration duties Requirements: Degree or professional qualification in HRM or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably experience in manufacturing environment Experience in mass recruitment is an added advantage Good knowledge of HR practices & legislation. Proficiency in MS applications and knowledge in Times Software is preferred. Strong in English & Mandarin (both spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates. Independent and able to work with minimum supervision Working location: Defu Lane/Tampines Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
