Service Bureau Officer (Chinatown Point)

Job Purpose Provide efficient and effective delivery of all Customer Service requirements of the Customer Service Centre. Key Accountabilities Achievement of year-on-year productivity gain Achievement and maintenance of customer satisfaction for end users Responsibilities: Attend to customers including front-desk duties. Handle calls and inquiries. Provide administrative support such as cashiering, scanning, data entry, word processing, photocopying, and printing. Perform basic problem analysis, troubleshooting, general housekeeping & maintenance to resolve problem reported with minimal upward reference. Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures. Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes. Ensure work meets quality specifications. Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards. Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives. Any other duties as and when assigned. Requirements: GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma qualification Minimum 1 year administrative experience, including 1 year in frontline customer support.
