Manager, Business Operations

     I am welcoming interest from high caliber individuals to join me on this exciting and influential Business Operations team. Preferably individuals would have current expertise in at least one of the major CorVel product lines (Claims, Network Solutions and Case Management). Each member of the team will be asked to utilize their expertise in a particular product line but not be limited to only working projects in that particular area. Under the guidance of the Director of the Business Operation Team, Brandon O’Brien, work in conjunction with Product Managers to develop consistent enterprise wide workflow processes. Translate the consistent workflow processes in to business requirements that are able to be developed in to software applications. Essential Job Duties:     Develop and document processes. Interact with all levels of the organization, Senior Management through all Field roles. Ability to listen and interpret. Ability to gain consensus, document and move a plan forward. Communicate effectively with the Business Operations team and field. Collaborate with the Business Operations team and field. Travel will be 50% including overnight and attending meetings. Requires regular and consistent attendance. Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury Illness Prevention Program (“IIPP”). Additional duties as required.
Education/Training Requirements:     Required: Bachelor’s degree, national certification or equivalent in business or sales and marketing required. Must have demonstrated past experience in management or supervision. Must have good computer and analytical skills. PREFERRED EDUCATION/TRAINING Masters degree in business, health care other degrees related to a managed care organization.
