Client Service Representative/Account Executive
CorVel Corporation, a leading provider of claims management and billing technology is looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Bill Review supervisor, and will participate in all assigned activities needed to support the bill review team of analysts, lead and management staff.
Essential Job Duties: Major responsibilities include: • Answer incoming calls from designated extension as well as hunt group extensions • Triage questions from providers on reviews, and route to appropriate team member • Attend weekly team meetings • Return calls to providers and adjusters in a timely manner • Assist team with various projects • Other duties and tasks assigned
Education/Training Requirements: Preferred: • Prior work experience in the medical billing industry • College degree
