TS/SCI cleared Documentation Specialist need for ARMY CERT, Ft Huachuca, AZ

Job Description:  Gathers, analyzes and composes technical information. Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology. Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and nontechnical personnel.  Will document, update and enhance processes and procedures. Synchronize RCERT programs with ARCYBER equivalent via working group participation.
Will develop, research, publish, test and update annually:
- Standard Operating Procedures
- TTTP (Tools, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures)
Annual review and publication of programs including but not limited to:
- CDAP (Computer Defense Assistance Program)
- NDA (Network Damage Assessment)
- PT&E (Penetration, Test and Exploitation
A successful candidate must have:

    * Active TS/SCI security clearance.  

Essential Job Functions

    * Retains records, microfilms, archives, provides official copies, and issues log books. Maintains a current internal documentation library to ensure that records are up to date and organized.
    * Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required to ensure that non routine documentation service is provided.
    * May functions as editor or as a writer in order to provide high quality documentation support.
    * Works with management to create policies/procedures surrounding Records Management. Determines appropriate approaches for records retention. Works with subject matter experts to find best practices and streamline processes.
    * Creates new procedures and workflow documents; updates documents as required, and follows up on outstanding tasks.

Basic Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    * Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
    * Zero or more years of experience in record retention
    * Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures
    * Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Other Qualifications

    * Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
    * Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
    * Good communication skills for providing documentation to support personnel, customers, and managers
    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
