Customer Service Representative

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Pay and receive.
·         Cross-sell products.
·         Provide above average service to customers.
·         Open and service demand deposit and savings accounts, CD’s,and IRA’s.
·         Cross-sell bank products and investments.
·         Prepare end of month branch reports.
·         Incoming/outgoing collections and wires.
·         Maintain safe deposit contracts.
Qualifications:
·         Experience in opening and maintaining checking and savings accounts, CD’s, and IRA’s.
·         Excellent interpersonal skills.
·         Word processing skills.
·         Must be a team player with a great attitude
·         Good communication and phone skills.
·         Initiative and flexibility.
·         Prior teller experience preferred.
·         Must be available to work all branch operations hours, as required.
Education Required:
·         High School diploma or GED.
 
Physical Requirements
·         Ability to stand or sit for prolonged duration
·         Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements
·         Ability to lift 25 lbs.
·         Ability to perform simple math
·         Ability to utilize electronic equipment such as computer, 10-key, telephone, etc.
·         Ability to think critically and provide appropriate solution.
