Branch Supervisor

 Primary Duties:
·         Supervise daily operations of the branch.
·         Pay and Receive.
·         Open and service demand deposit accounts, savings accounts, CDs and IRAs.
·         Cross-sell products.
·         Conduct monthly certifications (audits).
·         Assure compliance with all government regulations and bank policy regarding branch operations.
·         Assist Branch Manager in the customer-calling program.
·         Maintain close contact with existing customers to assure excellent customer service.
 
Qualifications:
·         High School Diploma or GED.
·         Previous supervisory experience.
·         Thorough knowledge of branch banking including operating procedures and compliance requirements.
·         Self starter and sales oriented.
·         Ability to perform simple math.
·         Ability to utilize electronic equipment such as computer, 10-key, telephone, etc.
·         Ability to think critically and provide appropriate solutions.
·         Good working knowledge of all bank products.
·         Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
·         Must be available to work all branch operations hours, as required.
Physical Requirements:
·         Ability to stand for prolonged duration
·         Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements
·         Ability to lift 25lbs.
