Develop a field empowerment management system to managing all non-standard pricing / discounting activity with a particular focus on Field Empowerment (bands 1-3 and 4A). Leverage FED reports and DMR to develop a Theatre-wide process to track monthly/quarterly trends around Field Empowerment, and provide insight to the Theatre Area Controllers in SSF, which will influence the setting of the Field Empowerment bands. Develop a management process to monitor top discounters and top approvers to draw attention to unusual or undesired practices (wall of shame reporting). Develop band proposals and drive actions with Sales and SSF Region Leads to drive discount/margin accountability and behavior. - Engage SSF & CF to identify opportunities to either further empower the Field (by adapting the bands to market conditions) or to dial back Field Empowerment where we believe discounts may be getting too aggressive. Provide field (Sales and SSF) education/training on the bands and architecture/customer focused discount guidance in order to drive accountability with the field. Provide operational reporting analytics (monthly/quarterly) such as cycle time and deal count reports to track deals cycle time and deal volume with respective to Bands and individual Commercial Finance/DOT. Work with Partner Finance to develop relevant promotions & programs to reduce MDM deal ID as route to discount/route to concession. Provide any other adhoc reporting requests from CF or other stakeholders (which are not supported by Theatre pricing lead).
