Health, Enivronment & Safety Audit Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Audit Program Management


•  Responsible in deploying and sustaining the overall Operational Excellence/Health, Enivornment & Safety (OE/HES) Audit program

•  Responsible for the collaborative establishment of the 5 year Regional audit plan and 5 year Facility based audit plan

•  Obtains endorsement from Compliance Assurance (CA) sponsor and Downstream & Chemicals (DS&C) alignment, including identification of the facility location that will receive audits, issues to be addressed during audits, and resource commitments

•  Formulates the CA Audit Program and uploads it to Essential-suite

•  Involves in providing audit reports and defines the overall auditing structure of International Products

•  Administers Asia Pacific audit data in Essential-suite and performs analysis of process measurement data and trends

•  Verifies and provides feedback to the actions items identified in audit finding

•  Supports the CA Specialist to obtain and verify periodic status updates on Annual Compliance Representation Letter and validates content, as deemed necessary

Register Maintenance

•  Ensures the maintenance of Register of Regulatory and OE Process Requirements

•  Engages other OE process advisors, subject matter experts and business unit when changes in OE, facility operations and HES compliance controls occur

•  Facilitates development and maintains guidance on templates and tools

Training

•  Conducts auditor and end user training as needed

•  Uses ingenuity to look for ways to more effectively engrained HES CA concepts into operations and work processes through training

•  Drives CA best practices sharing and standardization across International Products – Asia Pacific


Qualifications:


•  Previous environmental, safety or regulatory auditing experience or industry equivalents such as ISO standards

•  Working knowledge on Compliance Assurance especially IBR registry build and maintenance, auditing and Chevron Environmental and Compliance Assurance Program (CECAP formerly E-Suite)

•  Prior experience in IT systems operation and management and conducting and handling training program

•  Demonstrated ability to develop action plans leading to on time project completion and achievement of objectives. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including removal of barriers to cooperation and teamwork, development of common understanding of key issues, and producing results

•  Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced and complex environment

•  Demonstrated customer relationship and/or consulting skills including ability to engage and International Products personnel at all levels of the workforce.

•  Willing to travel as needed, as role involves regional deployment of CA
