Assistant Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the housekeeping department from rooms to public areas inspections
  • Oversee the housekeeping and linen inventory records
  • Provides supervision and direction to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Room Attendants to ensure day to day housekeeping standards are met
  • Coordinating maintenance and spring cleaning schedule
  • Ensure that hotel is well maintained without guest interruption
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in conducting hiring exercises, staff training, staff roster scheduling and ensure harmonious relationships within the Housekeeping team

Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma/certificate in Hospitality Management. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may apply
  • Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience in the hospitality/ service industry will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • A meticulous personality with a strong attention to details
