HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, align and implement HR initiatives to support overall business plan. Responsibilities cover the whole spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, policy implementation, performance management, training programs, compensation and benefits, HR administration
  • Bring HR solutions to address business needs and staff management matters
  • Work closely with the department heads to ensure departments have sufficient manpower to meet service requirements and provide advice on HR issues 
  • Lead and manage the Human Resource Team to develop and roll out HR initiatives 
     
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in HRM/HRD/Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR management
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and regulations
  • Dynamic individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to motivate, influence and build rapport at all levels
  • Assertive and proactive with good problem solving ability and able to work in a fast pace environment
