Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficient operations of the front desk
  • Assisting the Front Office Manager in evaluating and improving the performance of Front Office Team
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, meeting rooms, auditorium and lobby
  • Ensure that guests requests are answered promptly
  • Prepare and conduct Front Desk meetings and resolve issues
  • Coordinate training and meetings for the front office team 
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality & Tourism and/or 2 years experience as Duty Manager
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera System
  • Must be organized and systematic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Only Singaporeans & Singapore PRs may apply
