Duty Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manages Front Desk operations and supervises Guest Service Executives and Officers
  • Provides assistance to guest queries and resolve any guest’s feedback or issues
  • Reports to Front Office Manager and ensures harmonious relationships within Front Office Team

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality & Tourism and/or 2 years experience in Guests Services
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Opera system
  • Customer Oriented with a pleasant disposition
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may apply
