Duty Manager
Responsibilities
- Manages Front Desk operations and supervises Guest Service Executives and Officers
- Provides assistance to guest queries and resolve any guest’s feedback or issues
- Reports to Front Office Manager and ensures harmonious relationships within Front Office Team
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality & Tourism and/or 2 years experience in Guests Services
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Opera system
- Customer Oriented with a pleasant disposition
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may apply
