Requirements:
Banquet & Meetings Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle banquet and meeting enquiries and attend to any event needs
- Involve in coordinating and organizing banquets and meetings
- To meet with key clients, assist sales representatives in site inspections, maintaining relationships, negotiations and closing deals
- Provide administrative and operational support
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Hospitality or Tourism Management of the equivalent
- Self motivated, result oriented individual and a team player
- Possess good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of OPERA system and event operational aspects
- Possess initiative and drive as well as results oriented in a fast paced environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may apply
