Banquet & Meetings Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle banquet and meeting enquiries and attend to any event needs
  • Involve in coordinating and organizing banquets and meetings
  • To meet with key clients, assist sales representatives in site inspections, maintaining relationships, negotiations and closing deals
  • Provide administrative and operational support

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Hospitality or Tourism Management of the equivalent
  • Self motivated, result oriented individual and a team player
  • Possess good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of OPERA system and event operational aspects
  • Possess initiative and drive as well as results oriented in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may apply
