Management Support Officer (Finance)

Job Descriptions:

Liaise with various department budget representatives for budget submission
Participation in annual budget exercise and variance analysis
Verification of Student Overseas Trips Post-Expenditures claims
Update OFN Website for OFN team
Undertake other ad-hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

Local polytechnic diploma in Accountancy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and as a team
Meticulous and detailed
