Job Description Ensure smooth daily operations in the Republic Polytechnic Visitor Centre Quick rectification of damaged exhibits to ensure good visitor experience Coordinate with various departments and vendors (writers, printers, designers, etc) to develop content and update exhibits on a regular basis Coordinate and conduct organised / walk-in tours for visitors Train staff to be ‘tour guides’ of the Visitor Centre Always maintain a professional outlook to enhance the overall Republic Polytechnic image Requirements Diploma with specialisation in marketing and customer relationship 4-8 years working experience in similar capacity Enjoys sharing with people Able to multi-task and work under pressure Excellent spoken and written English skills Possesses initiative Able to work independently and as a team
