Senior Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Man

Position: Senior Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Manager




Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Board’s compensation policy, manpower planning, recruitment and selection 
Manage and drive all talent acquisition efforts and strategies
Develop innovative sourcing and selection strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of talent for the Board
As the HR Business Partner, you will advise and support line managers on all HR-related matters that drive business performance and participates in delivering business goals. This involves translating business strategy into aligned HR plans and actions and ensuring they are successfully implemented within the Board
Conduct regular salary benchmarking exercises to be aligned with the market
Provide other HR support as and when required


Required Attributes
A university degree with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience in a large organization, preferably with a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Good knowledge and understanding of best HR practices, employment laws and legislation
Strong planning and leadership experience which will be vital in the review of processes and procedures as well as the supervision of staff
Good communication and interpersonal skills
