Senior Field Sales Representative

Celgene Cellular Therapeutics seeks an experienced sales professional to support a territory which will encompass Morris, Essex, Somerset, and Monmouth counties.
Prerequisites to Include:
BA or BS degree, 7+ years successful sales experience (specialty pharma sales strongly preferred.)
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Effectively present LifebankUSA’s Placenta-Cord stem cell banking to Obstetricians, nurses, office staff, child birth educators, and hospitals (all key influencers). Develop and implement plans to drive enrollment growth into LifebankUSA’s stem cell banking program. Demonstrate need for call-on targets to proactively recommend LifebankUSA to their patients.
2. Develop and execute territory plans in alignment with regional plans of action (POAs).
3. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Continually defend and grow business.
4. Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with current and future Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders.
5. Assist in the reconnaissance of Market landscape determination and competitive intelligence including therapeutic trends and unmet needs within the appropriate disease states and marketplace and provide timely feedback/information on emerging clinical/scientific information and opportunities to internal stakeholders
6. Manage daily account activities, develop action plans, and utilize business development funds to increase business and share.
7. Representation of LifebankUSA at conferences, trade shows and child birth education classes as appropriate and/or necessary.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
1. Highly motivated with at least 7 years sales experience and a proven record of success (specialty pharma sales strongly preferred.)
2. Must have excellent, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
3. Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to truly manage territory as a business.
4. Proactive with strong problem-solving skills that enable quick identification and efficient resolution of issues.
5. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent background required
6. A valid US driver’s license.
