Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financing strategy to support global operations and short term and long term growth. Analyze, forecast, and execute the company's financial initiatives and communicate strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management. Understand key drivers of business and financial performance to drive operational efficiency and excellence. Provide financial analysis to support new business development opportunities. Provide training and guidance to staff and mentor new employees. Manage relationship with external counterparties including bankers, auditors, consultants, investors, and rating agencies.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field and 3 years experience coordinating and developing annual budget and monthly forecast across business functions and performing financial analysis.  Experience must include: SAP and/or Hyperion data query tools. Sarbanes-Oxley Act 404 compliance, designing and implementing internal controls in finance/business function; Training and mentoring junior financial staff. Comprehensive financial models including developing budget and forecast and evaluating investment options. Perform trends analysis, variance analysis, and scenario analysis for financial/operational results and investment returns, identifying and managing the key drivers. Identify and monitor key financial /operational performance metrics. Create mathematical and statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel. Perform regression analysis to determine correlations for decision making, including the use of correlation coefficients. Create multi-variable graphs in Excel and Microsoft Power Point. Report design, monthly close, and/or year-end audit.
