Responsibilities:
* Acts as a Senior Relationship Manager of internal and external (outsource and/or offshore) integrated work streams within a very complex environment impacting crucial daily functionality
* Primary resource for escalation of all production, quality and timing issues that may arise in the daily performance of service delivery
* Responsible for oversight of daily activities provided by internal and external service provider teams, monitoring adherence to service level expectations, evaluating process success, and managing alignment with governance
* Performs monthly reviews of provided services with client partners to ensure support levels of service are met
* Develops effective lines of communication to gather business requirements to be translated into technology requirements to support delivery of unique and creative solutions
* Responsible for proactively working with the IT partners and business owners to understand current and future operational demand
* Coordinates additional service needs and participates in new contract negotiations as needed
* Responsible for planning and coordinating changes to the business systems with internal and external support teams
* Manages coordination and approval of outages and changes that would need to take place on the business system
* Works closely with internal and partner stakeholder management to recommend and implement ongoing process improvements
* Establishes and promotes strong working relationship between client partners and teammates
* Serves as the primary liaison with the product LOB and the Finance team relating to corporate partnership oversight and strategy
* Responsible for the adherence to all compliance, audit and SOX guidelines. Responsible for the relationship and the interface to the compliance team
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required
* College degree or equivalent work experience
* 8+ years experience in related responsibilities and roles
* Experience in analyzing and interpreting performance metrics, risks and controls.
* Demonstrated excellence in communication and problem solving skills; ability to raise issues and influence and coordinate action resolution.
* Superior internal and external customer/client facing presence and communication
* Familiarity with applications/hardware/software typically found in the delivery of cloud based IaaS, PaaS and Saas solutions
* Experience with management of third-party suppliers, onshore and off shore.
* Have the capability to articulate client and operational impacts to the business system and the necessary processes to maintain and operate the business system
* Demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of Vendor Management and negotiation techniques
* 10+ years combined experience with production support, service delivery, telecommunications operations and/or cloud-based solution experience.
* Delivery experience & expertise with applications/hardware/software typically found in the delivery of cloud based IaaS, PaaS and Saas solutions
* Experience with management of third-party suppliers, onshore and off shore.
* Demonstrated experience in delivery management or leadership position
* Graduate degree or comparable professional certification in related technical disciplines
* Consulting experience particularly in large scale system integration and implementation
* Formal presentation training and proven experience in speaking engagements
* Skilled in Excel and Powerpoint as tools for creating effective communications
Desired
