Accountabilities

    * Identifies market potential, new product opportunities, competitive analysis, synthesizing voice of customer data to generate product requirements and detailed financial models
    * Plans, organizes, coordinates and executes assigned projects to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources
    * Manages long term goals and drives programs to achieve timelines and deliverables
    * Strong team leader able to work extremely well with complex multidisciplinary teams

Job Family Summary

Upstream Marketing and Product Management is responsible for defining the market strategy, including product offering, obtaining voice of customer, creation of market requirements, detailed financial and market analysis to drive the overall success of the business.

    * Evaluates alternative solutions/decisions in light of the potential impact on the internal/external customer and CareFusion; understands the resource implications of solutions and makes recommendations in adherence to governance and prioritization guidelines.
    * Fosters a team player approach to managing product responsibilities across multidisciplinary teams and providing support or expertise when required.

Qualifications
 

    * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related field or equivalent experience
    * Minimum 3 years  medical marketing experience required
    * Minimum 3 years experience in patient care required
    * Previous experience with Clinical Respiratory products and/or clinical experience highly preferred
