Strategic Marketing

Job Title: Strategic Marketing Senior Specialist (Analyst)

Our Pyxis® automated dispensing solutions have effectively improved the ways medications are prepared and delivered to patients and improved how supplies are obtained and distributed across care units. Our products can help to increase medication safety, reduce the risk of medication errors, facilitate regulatory compliance, enhance security and the quality of care, and optimize healthcare supply chain processes.


• Support collection, analysis, reporting, and distribution of internal business intelligence:
  - Metrics, reports, and dashboards for senior Dispensing leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales
  - Business data repository for relevant internal and external data sources
  - Development of processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal business intelligence efforts


• Support collection, analysis, reporting, and distribution of market and competitive intelligence:
  - Profiling and benchmarking Dispensing competitors (product and service offerings; business models, financial performance, outlook, etc.)
  - Tracking and evaluation of:
     - Win-loss data
     - VOC trends from KLAS, MD  Buyline, ECRI, and other similar sources
     - Other business and environmental trends (economic, technology, regulatory, etc.)
   - Coordinating development of training materials for Field Sales and New Hires
   - Inputs for Quarterly Market Trends and Outlook reports
   - Ad hoc requests for competitive intelligence or support


• Support broader Strategic Marketing efforts on an ad hoc basis:
   - Market research to understand unmet customer needs and evaluate market opportunities
   - Business case development and evaluation of new product ideas, make-buy, acquisition, and partnership opportunities
   - Management of Dispensing's product and project portfolio


• Bachelor's degree in business marketing, communications or related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred) required
• 2+ years experience in research/analytics role required
• 1-3 years experience with healthcare/life sciences (medical devices preferred; international experience a plus) preferred
