Electronic Banking Supervisor
SUMMARY
Supervises all the Electronic Banking Specialists including the ACH Analyst. Ensures that staff is following proper procedures at all times and providing excellent customer service. Ensures that procedures are current and the staff is well trained. Ensures there is proper coverage at all times; acts as a backup to the ACH Analyst.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Supervises the Electronic Banking Specialists and ACH Analyst
• Maintains department procedures
• Calls customers when necessary to question abnormal activity. Reports suspicious activities immediately to management and bank security.
• Handles escalated calls for customer support and manages the Call Manager Queue
• Performs other tasks requested by department SVP or EVP
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Exercises the usual authority of a manager concerning hiring, staffing, training, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations. Provides leadership by example at all times, through support and endorsement of bank policy.

Ability to comprehend and adhere to Federal and State banking regulations, Company policies and procedures, and successfully participate in regulatory and Company training requirements via multiple and variable delivery methods.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year experience in Electronic Banking department required
• Prefer 2 years college (minimum)
• Prefer 2 years customer service experience
• Prefer 2 years banking experience
• Wire Room experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate-ability to understand browser types and what an ISP is
