Total Rewards Lead Representative
Job Description:
Job Summary:
Provide excellent guest service to Total Rewards Members.
Essential Job Functions:
• Provides excellent guest service to all guests and Total Rewards members.
• Builds and maintains database through club membership.
• Provides guests with promotional information.
• Communicates the benefits of the Total Rewards program.
• Cross sells property events (shows, promotions) and amenities (hotel, restaurants, etc.).
• Resolves guest/member issues and uses service recovery tools in accordance with the department and property standards.
• Creates exciting atmosphere for guests, following all Spotlight behaviors.
• Makes suggestions to improve customer service within the department.
• Maintains confidentiality of all matters regarding guests and the business operation.
• Complies with all state, federal and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm and possess basic knowledge of how to operate a computer. A minimum of one-year previous customer service experience preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and be a team player.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (minimum of three-four hours).
• Must be fluent and literate in English.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 15 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
• Responds to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions:
Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner.
