Job Description:

Heavy clerical, accounting and guest service level experience a must.


Computer literate with software systems to include APS, SMART, IBM, Windows, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, and AS400 systems DART,LMS/CMS.


Must be able to analyze customer tracking, reinvestment, and expense sheets.


Minimum 21 years of age.


Implement APS and/or Promotions Product platforms including updates, to support all enterprise wide events and promotions.   


Test with property partners to ensure that implemented program is functional prior to event or promotion start.


Assistance with SOP and Best Demonstrated Practices data share.


Responsible for ensuring all APS and/or Promotional Platforms promotions related information connected with the program specs is factual and accurate.


Liaison with enterprise departments on behalf ESS Special Events and Promotions.


Assist with ongoing special events, promotions and marketing functions such as: Player Parties, Slot Tournaments, Table Tournaments, Executive Invitational, Floor Promotions, and handle additional tasks as identified.


Ability to create new and unique programming ideas.


Coordinate vendors using the bid process and ensure correct and timely billing.


Oversee and inspect outside vendors and their job performance ensuring SLA’s are met.


Maintain close ties with targeted internal teams through personal contact by phone and in person.


Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials.
