Senior Software Engineer

          o Software development and integration for CSR’s Assisted GPS (AGPS) solutions.
          o Provides advice and help to CSR’s customers regarding possible changes to CSR future GPS software deliveries to achieve the required customer specification. Provides training (presentations, workshops and demos) to our GPS handset customers, CSR distributors and internal staff.
          o Working with customers to identify their technical specifications, advising them on implementation issues, testing scenarios that concern their projects and validating CSR deliverables within the scope of their project.
          o Plan future GPS customer releases, together with Line Manager and Product Manager.
          o Travel to key customers and regional offices to undertake software integration, application support and training. Develops customer relationships and understands customer needs.
          o Work with Marketing to resolve GPS customer issues. Report effectively to CSR management on project plans, development status, issues and problem-solving results.
          o Delivery of high quality software in line with department’s processes
